Meadow Brook Sour Cream gives the filling of this corn casserole a distinctive, creamy richness.

1 11 ounce can large kernel corn
1 11 ounce can creamed corn
1 cup Meadow Brook sour cream
2 eggs
1 box Jiffy ® cornbread mix
1 stick butter, softened
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a large casserole dish. Bake for one hour or until top is golden brown and inserted knife comes out clean.
