Banana Pudding

2 Cups Meadow Brook 1% Lowfat Milk
2 Whole Eggs plus 2 egg yolks
1/2 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon butter
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Box vanilla wafers
6 Bananas cut in round slices
2 Egg Whites beaten stiff
2 Tablespoons sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour Meadow Brook milk into the top of a double boiler. Beat eggs well, then add sugar and flour and blend. Pour the egg mixture into Meadow Brook milk and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Add butter and vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
In a deep oven-proof dish, place a layer of vanilla wafers. Cover them with a layer of sliced bananas, and pour over them a portion of the custard. Continue layers 3 times. Cover with meringue composed of beaten egg whites and sugar.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
