Corn Pie

4 Cups corn cut from the cob
1/3 Cup butter, melted
3 Eggs beaten
1 1/2 Cups Meadow Brook Whole Milk
1/2 Cup evaporated milk
1 to 3 Teaspoons sugar (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place corn in a medium-size casserole dish. Stir in melted butter. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until light. Add Meadow Brook Whole Milk, sugar and salt. When well blended, pour over corn. Then pour 1/2 cup evaporated milk over the entire mixture.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes until set.
Serve hot.
