This wonderful meat dip is delicious with corn chips and very filling. It is white and creamy, perfect for any casual occasion.
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 cup chopped country ham
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 cup Meadow Brook Cultured Sour Cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 box chopped spinach, squeezed dry (optional)
Mix together and put in round glass dish.
Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
Bake at 350º for 30 min.
This recipe uses Meadow Brook Sour Cream.
