Corn and Clam Chowder

2 cups Meadow Brook lowfat or fat free milk
1 14.5 oz can cream-style corn
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 6.5 oz can chopped clams, undrained
1. Combine the Meadow Brook milk, corn, sage, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the clams. Serve hot or chilled.
