Sour Cream Cucumbers

A cool, refreshing salad.
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup Meadow Brook Sour Cream
2 tablespoons chopped chives or grated onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon celery seed
2 firm fresh cucumbers
Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar, add Meadow Brook sour cream and stir till smooth. Add chives, dill and celery seed. Slice cucumbers (with skins) paper thin and combine with dressing. Chill for at least 1 hour. Sour cream cucumbers improve in taste as they stand. The flavor of the cucumbers seeps into dressing.
